Bryan brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, starting his first company at 18 and building a career rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and disciplined execution.

He holds a Certified Building Contractor license and oversees the business operations, corporate compliance, and systems development that keep every project running smoothly. Bryan's background in business administration and his ability to align large teams around a common goal are what set Oak & Anchor apart — ensuring that every build is delivered with clarity, accountability, and care from start to finish.

Jaimie Hullihen

Jaimie brings a strong foundation in sales and a sharp operational mind to every project at Oak & Anchor Builders. She offers a unique blend of strategic client relations, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability that keeps every build running on time and on budget.

Her customer-centric approach and data-driven decision-making ensure that clients always feel informed, heard, and confident throughout the construction process. With years of experience managing construction companies from the ground up, Jaimie oversees the operational systems and team coordination that turn a vision into a finished home. In her free time, Jaimie enjoys spending time with her family, being out on the water, experimenting with new recipes, and staying active.

Preston serves as the Operations Manager at Oak & Anchor Builders, bringing a modern, client-focused approach to an industry where trust and reliability are essential. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration through Purdue Global while working full-time in the marine industry, where he developed a strong foundation in customer relationships, communication, and white-glove service. That experience continues to shape his approach today — with an emphasis on clear communication, responsiveness, and delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.

He is committed to ensuring every project is handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on long-term results. He believes homeowners deserve honest guidance and a level of service that reflects the importance of their investment, helping build lasting relationships throughout the Treasure Coast.
